1. Family Plan: The one-time fee for this service is $400 for each member of the Comprehensive Family Plan Portfolio, including yourself. This is in addition to the initial registration fee.
2. Business or Organization: The fee is $400 for the business, plus $400 for each business leader included in the Comprehensive Portfolio. This is in addition to the initial registration fee.
